Workout With Hand Weights

Working out at home has its challenges, the most difficult to overcome being self-motivation. However, Jillian’s workout DVDs have a variety of options from half-hour burners to full-hour workouts, some with weights and some without. Maximize – Full Frontal

Jillian Michaels’ DVD The Biggest Winner! How to Win by Losing Maximize – Full Frontal (Tudor Management Group/Genius Products, Inc. 2005) focuses on muscle groups on the front half of the body. The abs, thighs, shoulders, triceps, chest, and hips are targeted in this 30-minute burner of a workout. Equipment needed includes hand-weights (around five pounds would be a good choice) and an aerobic step bench, although you could modify the exercises without the bench if one was not available.
